Thermeon at WTM 2011
World Travel Market at London's ExCel arena took place earlier this month. For the first time ever, Thermeon exhibited at a stand in the Travel and Online Technology area. Wow! We were impressed by the participation and activity at our stand over the four days, so for those of you exhibiting and working at stands for countries, regions, franchises and other brands, we salute your effort over the days and thank you for taking time during this event to meet with us and talk about plans, ideas and general news - we really appreciate it.
Thermeon's presence at WTM was a truly global effort. We met customers, brokers and prospective businesses from over 40 countries right across the world.
This global presence was greatly enhanced by Alex Mol from Thermeon U.S. working on the stand along with Andy Thorburn from Thermeon Worldwide and Roland Keogh from Thermeon EMEA. Alex is based in Brazil and so brought an added skill-set of Spanish and Portuguese languages (and, he'd like me to mention, Italian).
Over the course of the four days we met with independents, franchisees and corporate rental businesses as well as existing and new broker, franchise and other business opportunities. Some of these new business opportunities will add value to your business by providing translation, verification and other specialist services. Talking with customers and other businesses we can certainly say that webXML, yield management and rapid processing of rental transactions are front-and-centre in people's thoughts. Thermeon provide many solutions for this and want to work with you towards providing solutions for the future.
